What we automate

Repeatable work
Clear boundaries

We assess recurring work across customer operations and service delivery. Each process needs clear inputs, agreed rules and an accountable owner for exceptions.

Enquiry handling

Classify incoming requests, identify missing details, use approved information to prepare replies and route each enquiry to the right next step. The goal is to replace the repetitive reading, sorting and copying in a clearly defined enquiry role.

The human boundary: Commercial promises, unusual requests and complaints go to your team.

Client intake

Collect the information needed to begin work, check a submission against a defined checklist, request missing non-sensitive details and prepare an intake record. The workflow can keep a request moving without repeated manual follow-up.

The human boundary: Eligibility judgments, sensitive records and exceptions to your service rules remain human decisions.

Scheduling

Coordinate availability, prepare bookings within agreed rules, send routine confirmations and handle straightforward rescheduling. We define calendar permissions, working hours and what counts as an acceptable appointment before building.

The human boundary: Priority disputes, contractual deadlines and requests outside the scheduling rules are escalated.

CRM administration

Create or update records from approved sources, standardize routine fields, attach the relevant activity and flag missing information. Where matching is uncertain, the system can prepare a review item instead of guessing.

The human boundary: Ambiguous record merges, destructive changes and unapproved data sources need a person.

Routine documents

Prepare standard documents from approved templates and known information, organize the supporting material and route drafts for review. Suitable work includes structured briefs, internal summaries and routine service documentation.

The human boundary: Legal advice, financial documents, regulated content and binding commitments are outside this offer.

Status reporting

Gather agreed operational updates, organize the information by project or workflow and prepare a recurring summary. The system can flag a missing update or an exception while keeping the report tied to its source information.

The human boundary: People interpret disputed facts and make decisions. We do not score employees or infer individual productivity.

A task family is a starting point

A role may combine several of these workflows. We assess the complete workload, including the less frequent tasks, before proposing role replacement. A familiar job title alone is not enough to establish the fit.

Signs worth exploring

  • The same kind of request arrives regularly.
  • People follow a process that can be explained.
  • Approved source information is available.
  • Good output can be checked against clear criteria.
  • Exceptions can be identified and routed to an owner.

Work outside this offer

Finance, payroll, regulated decisions and autonomous personnel decisions are excluded. So are employee surveillance and automated productivity scoring. If a role depends on those activities, we will not present it as a straightforward fit.
