What you share

The enquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, role or workflow, and a short description. We use this information to assess your request, respond to you and discuss a possible engagement.

Please do not submit employee records, personal performance information, customer data, passwords, access tokens or confidential documents. An initial enquiry does not need them.

Where it goes

Enquiries are delivered to YLM Technologies’ business inbox. Our public contact address is enquiries@soz.to. The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiry submissions. Messages and replies are retained in our business email system for handling the enquiry and any resulting engagement.

We do not send the contents of this form to an AI model. Data access and processing for a future client solution are agreed separately before implementation.

Hosting and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts this site and provides email delivery and Turnstile spam protection. These services process technical information, including network and browser information, to deliver the website, prevent abuse and verify submissions. Cloudflare may retain operational records under its own service policies.

The site does not include advertising trackers. Our application logs do not record enquiry message bodies. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details of its processing.

Questions and requests

Contact enquiries@soz.to to ask about the information you have shared, request a correction or request deletion. We may need to retain records required for an engagement, a dispute or a legal obligation.
