The service is S$990 one-time upfront and has no subscription. Checkout and intake come first. A sprint start is subject to intake and confirmation of availability; the seven-day period begins only when the start is confirmed.
SOZ
Terms of service
These draft terms describe the intended shape of the SOZ service: a fixed-scope, human-guided seven-day sprint for mapping, testing, and handing off founder-dependent operating knowledge.
Scope and boundaries
The guided sprint includes a 45-minute founder review, a 30-minute operator drill, and the resulting operating ledger/handoff material. It is not legal advice, accounting advice, acquisition support, a credential-management service, or a promise of a particular business outcome.
Information and providers
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card numbers directly to SOZ, or unnecessary external customer data. SOZ application data is hosted on Heroku in the United States; Stripe processes checkout and payment information; Resend processes transactional email.
Counsel review required
Final terms must address formation, payment, scheduling, cancellation or refund treatment, intellectual property, confidentiality, acceptable use, liability, governing law, dispute handling, provider terms, and other matters counsel considers necessary. Nothing on this draft should be treated as legal or accounting advice.
