Hosting and processors
SOZ application data is hosted on Heroku in the United States. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Resend processes transactional email. These providers may process information as part of delivering their services; review their current terms and privacy notices for their own handling details.
A practical boundary
Do not put passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, or unnecessary client-identifying information into handoff material. SOZ is not a replacement for your agency’s own access controls or internal security practices.
